The New Hampshire T3000 List

Here is a list for those who would like a list beyond the 4000-footers but are not crazy enough to do all the bushwhacking required for the New Hampshire 3000-footers. It is a list of all 3000-footers that have trails (the T in T3000). I created this list myself. There is no official recognition but I would love to hear from anyone who has completed it or is near completion.

To be included on the list a peak must satisfy the following criteria:

The elevation is greater than or equal to 3000 feet
The peak is reached (or very nearly reached) by a reasonable trail or herd path or is easily accessible via a spur path, open ledges, etc.
The peak rises 100 feet above the ridge connecting it to a higher neighbor OR rises 40 feet and has an official or generally accepted name

This list is admittedly subjective due especially to the reasons listed below but I welcome any suggestions for additions (or deletions?) from the list.

What is a reasonable trail? Clearly any officially maintained trail qualifies. Some peaks on the list are reached by herd paths that are easy enough to follow. Some peaks are not listed because of the dubious legal status (and future maintenance) of the herd path.
I may be unaware of a generally accepted name for a peak with no official (USGS) name.
It is also very possible that I am unaware of a trail leading to a peak that would otherwise qualify - I especially welcome those corrections.

Elevations that are not given on the latest topos are estimated according to one of the following methods

*	an elevation given on an older (or alternative) map which is consistent with the latest contour information
~	an estimate based on fitting a curve to the two highest contours
+	an estimate obtained by adding half of the contour interval to the highest contour

The 'Trail' column indicates [one of] the trail(s) that provides access to the peak.

* the number of asterisks indicate the number of other trails that approach the summit

+ the peak is not on the trail but on a spur or across open ledges
